Madrid monumental

Although Madrid has been the capital of Spain for over 500 years, much of the city's development has occurred in the last 150 years.

On this tour, we'll visit Madrid's most modern areas. You'll also learn about one of Madrid's most important architects of the 20th century, Antonio Palacios. He was behind the design and construction of up to 75 buildings in the city, of which we've preserved around 38. Some of them are included in the route we'll cover. We'll also stroll along Gran Via and end at one of our newest squares, Plaza de España, where you'll have the chance to enjoy one of Madrid's best terraces.
